Senior Interior Designer: The ideal candidates have a minimum of 6-8 years post graduate, professional experience in the planning and design of significant interior projects. Planning and design experience in health care, hospitality, commercial and corporate interiors is a requirement. Strong interpersonal communication and project management skills combined with Revit/AutoCAD and graphic presentation skills will be an asset for these positions.

Intermediate Interior Designer: The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years post graduate, professional experience in the planning and design of interior projects. Experience in retail, hospitality and multifamily residential interiors is an asset. Strong planning, design, Revit/AutoCAD and graphic presentation skills will be prerequisites for this position.

Graduate Interior Designer: The ideal candidate is highly motivated and will be able to demonstrate strong planning, design, Revit/AutoCAD and graphic presentation skills for this position.

We are currently seeking a career oriented, highly motivated individual to join our marketing team to assist in proposal production, graphic design and word processing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Production of Proposals in accordance with firm standards.

• Gathering and coordination of materials and information as required complying with proposal submission requirements.

• Support and coordinate production of promotional materials for the firm.

• Monitor quality assurance of firm deliverables.

• Update and maintain project data and staff resume libraries.

• Oversee project workflow and quality assurance on the fulfillment of project requests

• Update and maintain LM and ESP Websites in conjunction with other marketing staff.

Qualifications:

• Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop).

• Ability to prioritize projects, perform well under pressure and work occasional overtime to meet inflexible deadlines.

• Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills.

• A strong attention to detail and reliable proofreading skills.

The ideal candidates should have experience with management and production of Contract Documents for complex projects in excess of $10.0 M. Project types include hospitality, institutional, educational, healthcare, recreation and commercial facilities.

The positions require candidates to possess 5 and 10 years or more experience (respectively) in an Architectural Practice; Superior knowledge of building codes, building materials and construction techniques; excellent analytic, oral and written communication skills; and the ability to gather, analyze and organize technical information and building systems.

Other requirements include the ability to work well in a team environment; and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Word and Excel software. A proven ability to co-ordinate complex construction documents for architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems is required.

Academic qualifications must include post secondary education in recognized technical or architectural programs and eligibility to register in respective technical or professional associations.
