Contract Administrator

We are currently seeking a Senior Contract Administrator who would be responsible for providing architectural construction services for projects ranging from $2M to over $50M.

Responsibilities will include:
• On-site construction reviews and meeting attendance
• Preparation of written field reports
• Payment certification
• Processing construction-related changes
• Quality control document review

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in either an architectural or construction firm, have a CT (Arch) or similar designation and be fully versed in AutoCAD, Revit, Word, Excel and MS Project software.
