Concordia Hip & Knee Clinic

The Hip and Knee Clinic includes a three-storey multi-use building which incorporates a main floor retail space of approximately 24,000 SF for a Shopper’s Drugmart retail outlet with two floors of clinic and office space above.

The project was delivered by a Design/Build process in order to meet the projects schedule and cost control demands.
