Minnedosa Regional Events Centre

A Master site Plan has been developed for this multi-phased project which includes:  a future Hotel; Agricultural Grounds; four Baseball Diamonds; two Soccer/Rugby fields; and two Arenas connected by a Community Centre and public Gathering Space.

The primary arena will seat 600 “ 800 people and the secondary 200 “ 300.   The community centre is composed of a Multi-purpose Room, Classroom, Administration Offices, Fitness Centre and full oval Walking/Running Track.

Phase 1 saw the Master Site Plan and Schematic Design for the Recreational Facility developed.  A 3D animation was generated to provide the Client Group with a marketing tool to assist in reaching their goals and objectives. All design work has been completed by LM Architectural Group. The project was placed on hold at Tender.
