Celebrating two professional designations within the team

LM/ESP is proud to congratulate two team members, Ryan Van Belleghem and Billy Bautista, on their recent outstanding achievements in the industry.

Ryan Van Belleghem, who joined the company in 2015, has officially become a Registered Architect. He completed his internship at LM/ESP gaining hands-on experience in an array of different project types and scales, deepening his knowledge in our practice. After passing the examination, Ryan has received his certification to embark on the next chapter of his professional career.

“The satisfaction of assisting in developing projects that work to meet the needs and expectations of all stakeholders is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job,” shared Ryan. “I believe successful architecture connects people and creates unique and memorable experiences.”

Team member Billy Bautista, an interior designer with LM/ESP since 2019, also recently grew his skillset by achieving his NCIDQ Certification. Billy represents the ninth member of the ESP team to be NCIDQ Certified. As outlined on the NCIDQ website, the certification is “the industry’s recognized indicator of proficiency in interior design principles and a designer’s commitment to the profession. Professional interior designers who possess the NCIDQ Certification have distinguished themselves by demonstrating a specific set of core competencies, supported by verified work experience and a college degree. They have proven their expertise in understanding and applying current codes established to protect public health, safety and welfare.”

Billy shared, “What interests me the most about working in the design industry is that one person’s idea or intent is just as valid as another person’s. I enjoy the process of refining the idea through conversation in a collaborative environment.”

LM/ESP extends a huge congratulations to both team members on their exciting professional milestones.
