LM Architectural Group Offices

Located in the old Marshall Wells Building in the heart of Winnipegs historic East Exchange district, this 8,200 sq. ft. former warehouse space with its exposed timber ceilings and expansive windows provides the backdrop for the design offices of Environmental Space Planning and the LM Architectural Group.

LM Architectural Group and Environmental Space Plannings open office concept for their light-filled converted warehouse space, addresses not only the functional needs of the individual staff members but also provides a working environment that encourages open communication and collaboration.

Work stations are grouped according to working teams and a large, central huddle space adjacent to an open kitchen facility provides an informal-meeting-chance-encounter-work-break space ideal for idea exchanges and communications.

In keeping with their mission to care for the earth, the lighting is energy efficient, plumbing fixtures use less water, all windows are operable and daylight penetrates most work areas. The central Winnipeg location also allows employees to use alternate modes of transportation such as walking, cycling and even canoeing!
