This 316 bed student residence is made up of self-contained two bedroom suites with ensuite washrooms and kitchenettes which provide privacy and independence within a collegial environment.

Elements and features of the surrounding turn-of-the-century Georgian and contemporary-style buildings were identified and given a contemporary interpretation in the new building. A series of public, semi-public and private courtyards link the adjacent buildings.
